We all know the story.  Goldilocks was looking for something not too big and not too small.  We learned the amusing theory in our childhood.

Not so amusing as an adult, when you learn this through practice.  Let's face it: the size of the bowl is incredibly important, and needs to be in harmony with it's contents.
