Thing is, you will feel a lot better about winter once you have a few of these.

 

 Thing also is, you may feel even better about the rest of the year.  

 

Sure it's great for stew -- dare we say it's amazing for stew?  But then you use it for a Buddha bowl in the spring, and love it. Gazpacho in the summer, fresh peaches in August.  It becomes a catch-all for your diet. What did you even use before this?  Soon you may find yourself eating lasagna from a bowl.   Actually, now it's how I prefer.
